Some people have fond thoughts of our local skateparks here in town, but it's typically not because of how safe they are or how well they are maintained. One of the most shining examples I can think of is Emerson, AKA Cuba Hunter Park. Well, the upstanding businessmen behind the construction of the Emerson park are said to be under a certain amount of scrutiny for their creative way of doing business, and now they are accused of committing fraud. I can't say I disagree with the case. See the video for some familiar looking dilemmas/death traps. (I read about this on Skate and Annoy).
